good morning. after surfing so much yesterday, i think i lost some weight. still have more to go but yoga this week should take care of that. i’m feeling pretty good and after being here a month, i’m not too homesick. yes, i miss hawaii. but the aloha from my friends in japan are keeping my spirits alive. the japanese people are the kindest people in the world. thank you japan!
on kelia’s 10 day trip, there was a media frenzy. everybody wanted to get a piece of her. she ended up working pretty dam hard. not as hard as i do, but pretty hard. haha.. at the end of each long day, i told her, “kelia, all you do is surf, how can you be tired?” kelia use to say that to me ever since she was born and i don’t think she will ever say those words to me again. work is work, and play is work… ganbatte kelia….
