my nephews use to ask me what the contests are like in japan. i told them that it’s totally different than hawaii. isaiah didn’t believe me before, but now he does. looking out front is the conditions for the ASP Junior Pro in Shonan. i still can’t believe isaiah got 2nd. you can’t even practice for waves like this in hawaii….
the people who are actually down at the beach paying for parking, sweating in the hot sun, and getting stinky are the biggest supporters. naka-san, takami-san, tokura-san, and toda-san. always have been supporters to surfing, and always will be….
so are shun’s papa, ren, shun, shin-san, and ryota. yugawara boys!!!

just because naoka is one of the best web designers in japan, that doesn’t mean he can drive. he gets lost all the time. and i can’t take a nap in the passenger seat because i’m too scared to close my eyes…
and he might be able to put go-naminori on japan’s elite list of web searches, but naoka doesn’t know how to park a car. i could have done better with my eyes closed. haha….
