good evening. my friend called and asked me if i wanted to jump on the boat for a dive this morning. my answer “OF COURSE!” we go out and as i’m diving, i see a monster tako in a hole. i play with it and try to get it out of the hole. after a few tries, he comes out. i grab the head with my right hand. it was HUGE! he started crawling up my arm. usually i can over power a tako, bite it between the eyes, kill it, and bag it. this one was just way too big. he crawls up my arm as i’m trying to get him off. he goes up my shoulders and next thing, he’s on my head! 8 legs wrapping around my head and my mask is coming off. i’m laughing, but at the same time, thinking what would happen if he takes me back into his hole? tako are very strong, very smart, and very hard to get off you once you have 8 legs and hundreds of tentacles sucking you alive. then in a quick flash, he shoots his black ink in my face, he releases, and he’s gone. i try to look for him but he’s nowhere to be seen. i had to look around to see if any of my friends seen what happened because that must have looked super funny underwater. that was the first time in my life i got attacked by a monster tako. what a funny experience.
last night i turned on the tv to watch the depressing world news and flipped onto a channel showing the finals for “America’s Got Talent” program. i didn’t even know what it was but it’s been going on all season long with thousands trying to be the best. the winner takes $1,000,000 or $1M dollars or 99217176 yen, and also is promised a running show in las vegas. they were down to the 3 finalist, and one of them was a japanese man by the name of Kenichi Ebina. i had no clue what his talent was but when they showed his performance, i freaked out! it was totally amazing! this quiet humble japanese man beat all the best talent in america and won the whole show! i was super stoked for him!!!
