today was such a great day! super sunny, super calm winds, and super hot! felt like summer! and guess what? this summer weather will continue for the next week! enjoy it!
started off the morning by waking up the girls early, loading them in the truck, and heading to the beautiful sea. watching these 2 girls grow up together since birth is amazing. more than friends, more like sisters. my dream is to get these girls involved in the ocean for the rest of their lives. so far, so good!
i tell my friends and i even tell strangers not to stand on the reef. why? because there are lots of sea urchins waiting to put their long spines in your feet. ouch!
and no, you can’t eat these uni. i actually tried one before and i almost threw up.
then went to pick up Team Ina and had so much fun! everybody getting so good! everybody so happy! Katsura-san use to be really scared of surfing when she started but now, she charges! no fear!
and watching Inaida-san’s body, mind, and soul becoming so strong makes me so happy. he transformed from a divers body to a surfers body and now has the strength to do anything he wants. getting younger by the day!
and Yuki-san always smiling. kind, nice, and very caring. a great person to have in your life.
i’ve mentioned this before but Katsura-san has magic hands. her hands can rebuild, remake, and revive any body that needs it. if you experience her massage, you will know what i’m talking about.
Go-Yuki-san! always flowing with the ocean.
and ever since i started long boarding with my friends, my whole outlook on surfing has changed. i have fun at any size and any condition. surfing is my life and i don’t know how it would be without it. it’s scary to even think about that. as long as i keep on surfing, my life will be full of happiness and joy! and as i lay down to sleep, i can’t wait for tomorrow! good night.
