i was on the way for a surf and decided to throw out my lure with my brand new fishing pole. i swear somebody is watching me. i swear somebody is videoing my every move. how do i know? because i had the freaking stupidest thing in my life happen to me today. it just feel like people just want to see my reaction. you know how they have hidden cameras and make crazy situations on people? i’m still upset, but at the same time think it’s a joke. or a dream. somebody crossed the line today and i almost lost my mind and soul. i’ll tell you about it tomorrow after i cool off.
Shinpei Horiguchi proved a lot of people wrong this year. i heard a few people saying “where is Shinpei? what is he doing?” i always had faith in this kid because he has a great heart. and a great heart will get you through in this cruel world. so to everybody that was wondering where Shinpei was and what he was doing? “Shinpei was in a hugest barrel at pipeline getting deep! where were you? and this is hands down the best barrel photo i’ve ever seen at pipeline of any japanese surfer. congratulations Shinpei for showing the world what japanese surfers can accomplish. i’m super proud of you!” photo in the new Surfing Magazine and photo by Noyle
