omg, what a busy day! i got up at 5am and was moving around all day long. went for a quick surf at bowls and it was so fun! long shoulder high sets and perfect offshore. caught a few, then started my hectic day on the road. i probably drove around for 5 hours.
so relaxing driving out to the east side. once you leave town, you can see the natural beauty of hawaii. a super far drive, but a super relaxing one.
and when ever i go out to the east side, i stop by to visit my lovely grandma. she’s resting at one of the most beautiful places in the world.
my grandma loved flowers so i know she was happy today. i cleaned her headstone, talked to her, told her how much i love her, and also told her how much my grandpa misses her. we all do.
then i was looking forward to eating at my favorite hawaiian food restaurant and OMG, it was closed. TUE. GOLF DAY?
then i came home and seen 2 beautiful gardenia’s that just bloomed. now it’s sitting next to my desk and i’m enjoying the sweet scent.
going to finish packing and start my long journey tomorrow. i’m looking forward to getting on an airplane, sitting back, watching movies, and taking naps. can’t wait!
