did you hear the news about world champion stephanie gilmore getting attacked yesterday? she got attacked in australia near her home by a random homeless guy. just bad place at the bad time. the guy hit her on the head with a pole and ran away. he was caught and is now in police custody. stephanie had to go to the hospital and get stitches. can’t surf for 6 weeks. crazy news….
bigger news! after north after north swells, we finally got a west one today. pipeline was actually breaking this afternoon. i’m hoping for a great end of 2010. it’s no secret where i will be at first light tomorrow morning…..
