good morning. well, it’s almost mid-january and things are going to get busy. a lot of friends from japan are coming and so are the waves. surf/dive/canoe and having fun is what we will be doing. let’s all go-naminori…
finally got some time to go back to finishing up the mentawai members. the guy on the back row third from the left is Kosei-san. i had an empty slot left on the mentawai trip so i asked somebody if they wanted to go through my blog. kosei-san was the first to respond. we exchanged a few emails and next thing, we finally met at a hotel lobby in malaysia on our transit to indonesia. i always believe that everything happens for a reason. and there was a reason kosei-san was there. he became part of our family….
kosei-san surprised all of us. he was ripping!!! he also brought a brand new gun on the trip and we took him for his first dive. 2 days later, he was putting dinner on the table. a fast learner and a great man…. shall we do it all over again? i think so…..
the north star? no, it’s a mistake. i don’t know what it is but it looks pretty cool…..
and make no mistake, there are a lot of hungry people in this world. please don’t waste food….
