i really want to take photos and video of sharks so as soon as i see one, i put my speargun back in the boat and grab my camera. so there i am in the deep blue ocean face to face with an aggressive shark. the only thing separating him and me is my camera. i see it coming, i aim my camera, it keeps on coming faster and faster straight for me. i’m wondering when he’s going to turn away? he doesn’t and right as he is going to take a bite out of my camera, he turns. i almost had a heart attack….
you think i’m kidding? i’m shooting with a 28 mm lens so the shark is a lot closer than you think. if he didn’t turn, we would be still be fighting in the ocean for my camera because i won’t let go… check the curve on his body. crazy, but awesome!!! thank you mr. shark for being the man and turning away…
anyway, had a great time yesterday with the boys. wanted to thank kyle nakamoto for taking us out. it was nature at it’s finest. next week, i’m taking the kids out there and doing the same course. swim with whales, sharks, and catch fish!!! so you better get your balls together….
whale photos and story coming later. first, i have a question??? do whales attack? i swear i thought i was going to get attacked by a whale yesterday. shark? not scary. whale? i’m crying….
