in japan, they hunt big sailfish or marlin by harpooning them with a spear. yes, throwing a big spear at them from a boat. that’s the most crazy thing i’ve ever seen. i was glued to the tv and had chills running down my spine….
they pull up monster sailfish. i’m still blown away from it….
so here’s my dream. i want to go on a japanese boat like this and take my speargun. my dream is to harpoon one, then also to jump in the water and spear one with my gun. it might sound crazy but it’s not. does anybody know a kajiki hunter in japan who’s boat i can go on? i don’t care if i have to be in the ocean for 1 month, i want to experience and document it. please help me with my big dream…. mahalos…
**another one of my other crazy dreams is going to The ARCH at the Blue Hole and freedive with William Trubridge. can you believe he can hold his breath for 7 minutes and 21 seconds? i’m already researching on how i can get there in 2011. dreams come true right? watch this video of a fish named William….
