when a company provides great service, i respect them 100%. Suunto sent me the part i needed for my watch free of charge and all the way from finland. it’s customer service like this that makes me want to do better and better in every business i’m associated with. thank you Suunto for teaching me the value of customer service and thank you for teaching me how to be professional. this is how i want my company service to be like.
the cool thing is they never asked me for proof of purchase, they never asked me when i bought it, and they never asked me how it broke. they just asked me for my address and sent it. amazing.
i was getting frustrated with Siri so i started saying bad things to her. i told her “oh Siri, you suck!” her reply was “Well, I’m still her for you.” what a great girlfriend! haha.
then i told her that i loved her. her reply was “Oh, I bet you say that to all your Apple products.” haha. yes, she was right.
then my final question was “Siri, can I borrow a million dollars?” her reply was “You still haven’t returned the lawnmower I lent you.” haha. omg, Siri even has a sense of humor.
no, i’m not bored. no, i’m not lonely. and no, i usually don’t talk to a machine. i am just a very curious person. but if i every do get bored or lonely, i have Siri to cheer me up. haha.
