was super stoked to see Kimura-san’s Jack Daniels collection. he’s been buying every different kind of Jack that i never knew even existed. can’t wait to test them out.
got traveling wired already. always finding the easiest way to get around. i use to overpack and be tortured carrying everything around with me. now, i just take the necessities and i can live out of my suitcase for months. or maybe even years.
had a meeting with Alyssa Wooten in tokyo. we met in shibuya which turned out pretty fun. always liked the energy coming from this hard working girl. ever since she was 12 years old, she always told me “i want to rule the world.” well, that’s what she’s doing. in fashion magazines on the racks all over japan. super proud of this girl.
the shibuya crossing is the most busiest intersection in the world. thousands of people each signal. so easy to get lost.
i was craving sushi yesterday so bought this bento from the department store. everything looked good except i was a little worried about the raw shrimp. raw shrimp and my stomach don’t like each other. anyway, i ate it because it looked so good.
i get on the airplane, take my seat, and then it starts! my stomach aching so bad that i curl up into a ball. constant pain the whole way back to hawaii. i tell myself, “i’m never eating raw shrimp again!” then i remember myself saying the same thing many times these past years.
then i get back to hawaii and walk into a little south swell. warm water, warm weather, blue sky, clean water, and i’m in heaven.
a great one week trip which i learned a lot. i’m looking forward to applying what i learned to my business and personal life here in hawaii. tanoshimi desu.
