i’ve never been a busier guy. so busy that i can’t even keep up on uploading all the wonderful things i’ve been doing every single day. just too much in such a short time! i really wished there were either 48 hours in a day, or 2 of me. then i can have twice the fun i’m already having!
i tell many people that nothing beats an early morning sunrise session. it’s not for everyone, but it’s something you should definitely try once in your life. you might like it, or you might love it. as for me, i love it! the freedom in the nature at first light? you can’t beat it!
it’s only Nao-san’s second time surfing. the other day we surfed was super windy and challenging. yesterday on the other hand was perfect! glassy conditions and very long rides. i surfed for 2 hours and didn’t even get my hair wet!
Nao-san already surfs on her own. catching her own waves and paddling in and out by herself. amazing progress!
i told Nao-san that her arms and cheeks are going to be hurting the next day. the arms from paddling, and the cheeks from smiling. she was smiling all morning long! i told her “you might get hooked on surfing.” then she said “i already am!” haha.
i always believe that surfing goes with yoga, and yoga goes with surfing. namaste!
i’m sure Nao-san will go back to japan and start her new life as a surfer. i’m so excited for her!
after the morning surf, i went back home to drop off the boards and then picked up the family. it’s been such a long time the ocean was this calm. we were all excited to get into the ocean!
if you sit on the front, you will have an amazing ride and wonderful view. it’s always been my favorite place on any boat.
when the family showed up at the airport with their long pants, jackets, and shoes, the first thing i told them is “you won’t be needing any of that from now. tshirt, shorts, and beach sandals. that’s all you’ll need.”
we snorkeled at 3 different places. first was deep blue and submarines. second was turtles and fish. third was turtle and a shark. everybody went into the ocean. super cool day!
it was Taito-kun’s first ever boat ride. he was loving it the whole time! i’m so happy to experience nature with kids. at 4 months, i know he won’t remember anything. but when he gets older, i’ll always tell him “hey kid, you were the youngest baby i’ve ever took on Mayuki.” and probably the youngest baby i ever will. my mom would kill me if she found out. haha.
the precious two. Hiyori-chan and Taito-kun. ahhh, i better go before i start tearing again. i’m a very happy man and i bet all you We Are One supporters are happy too!
