this is like a postcard photo from hawaii. i just love it! the Koguma-san family enjoying the fun in the sun.
Koguma-san taking photos underwater. i told him that the tiger shark could swim to this area from where we seen it in less than 20 minutes. haha.
the kids look so much more comfortable in the ocean than last year. that makes me happy.
the waves were pretty fun at bowls yesterday.
awesome surfing by Koguma-san.
i love the closeups like this. i am practically sticking the camera in his face. it just captures the moment.
near my house, there is a nice banana tree hanging over the sidewalk. when i parked my car there, i told Koguma-san “these bananas will probably get stolen before the owner can pick them.”
now you see it, next week you won’t.
and no, i won’t steal them. haha.
just another day in the office.
my number 1 loco moco is from Your Kitchen. my number 2 loco moco is from here at the Diamond Head Grill.
thank you Koguma-san for the photos. seeing this makes me really appreciate my job. i just love sharing the beauty of hawaii that you won’t find in any guidebooks. it’s like living the local style for the moment that changes every single day. yes, everyday in my world is different. one day you will be surfing with a duck, and another day you will be dodging a tiger shark. as for tomorrow, nobody knows?
