when i lost my gopro in all the waves, i kind of knew which way it would go. just from learning about the ocean, tides, winds, and swell, i kept on looking where i thought it would be. but after an hour with no luck, i finally gave up. two hours passed and i thought i’d give it one more shot. so i paddled into the channel where i knew where was a rubbish line. the rubbish accumulating because of the ocean current and ala wai canal flow. and guess what? it was right in the middle of the rubbish!
i felt like i won a lottery. i felt like i found my baby. i felt like one of the luckiest guys in the world. like i said, i don’t care about the camera, all i care about were the photos on the memory card. to me, photos are priceless. i was so happy!
watching the kids diving yesterday was a treat. with every ocean experience, these kids will absorb some kind of knowledge. and if any one of these kids wanted to become a world champion spear fisherman, i’ll bet anyone their dream will come true. these kids can be champions in anything they do.
in japan, safety checks cost from $2,000-$4,000. so when people ask me how much it costs in hawaii, they can’t believe it. all you have to do is pull into a gas stand.
wait about 15 minutes, and you can get a safety check.
good for one year and only cost $25. fast and cheap! i love it.
