omg, had the greatest time today with Mama and Papa Iwata-san. like always, we start our day off surfing. and even thought we surf together once a year, Mama didn’t forget a thing! absolute perfection!
Papa cracks me up. we end up laughing and laughing all day long. when he stands up, and when he falls, the laughter doesn’t stop. haha. check out this perfect wave!
hey Noriko-san, you have the coolest parents in the world! thank you for introducing them to me! i feel like they are my parents too.
we surfed for pretty long this morning. i have no idea where Mama gets all her energy from? she kept on going, going, and going.

then we went to try hawaiian food for the first time. i was happy they loved it! not to many japanese like hawaiian food so i was surprised.
then we took the east side tour in the afternoon. i couldn’t believe how beautiful sandy beach was. waves everywhere!
then makapuu, the million dollar view! gosh, we had such a wonderful day! got back to waikiki in the evening.
then jumped on Mayuki and headed to my favorite south shore spot. friends, barrels, and sunsets. we ended up surfing till dark with Reid and Gen.
came back in at dark. then had to run off to a bbq, and had another great time. today’s action would be a normal persons one month of excitement. i can’t believe how awesome a day could be here in hawaii. good night at 11pm and see you bright and early tomorrow morning.
