even thought i slept so late last night, i got up at 4am. my mind and soul was ready to go surfing. so i wake up everybody and set the time.
Maki-san wasn’t sure if she wanted to go or not. i told her she better hurry up and decide because once Mayuki leaves, she ain’t turning back. then she said “ok, I’m going!”
Toda-san and Takami-san are already use to my spur of the moment decisions. that’s why they’re always on standby mode 24/7. haha. anyway, we head to the wild west side! one hour smooth drive, and 3 hour awesome surf session.
Toda-san launched his drone today. he is an expert pilot. he was coming so close that the air of the drone was messing up our hair as we rode the wave. i’m pretty sure he got some good footage because we all caught some beautiful waves!
once the drone was up and filming, Maki-san put her switch on. she surfed the best i’ve ever seen! Awesome waves ridden by her and Takami-san too. bummer the drone doesn’t have audio because you would hear us laughing all morning long. gosh, surfing with your friends and nobody around is like a dream come true.
then went in to get some gas. haven’t been here in a while.
every time i stick the nozzle in, i just wait and hope it fills up fast. why? because the faster it fills up, the cheaper it will be. haha.
as i was approaching $300, i was still hoping and hoping it will stop. but it didn’t. now the tanks are full and molokai is looking pretty sweet!
