My July 29, 2011 Blog I forgot to post.
the government finally gave 34,000 radiation counters to the kids in fukushima. kind of late, but i guess late is better than nothing. i’m just wondering how they are going to calculate the radiation that the kids were exposed to for the last 15 weeks? i heard they are finding radiation in urine? that’s crazy! kids from age 4-15 will receive these dosimeter counters. what about for the rest of the people? what do i think? i think the least TEPCO can do is to give dosimeter counters to EVERYBODY living in fukushima. then at least the people can decide whether to leave or not.
and for the people in hawaii that joke to me about having radiation in my body, please stop it already. it’s not so funny anymore. i really don’t care if i do or not. if you don’t want to come by me, please don’t. i don’t need people like that around me anyway.
i want to thank ryoko-san from ishinomaki for sending me this photo. this is so precious to me. to see a smile on the kids face is why we do these missions. and to see the donated supplies going hand to hand is so rewarding. thank you ryoko-san for helping out the children, and thank you again and again to all of you who donated supplies for Mission 1, 2, and 3. WE ARE ONE!
