high risk, high return. when you travel, you are subject to risks. in some remote surfing destinations, a big injury can lead to death. it’s happened many of times before. thankfully, the cuts on my foot weren’t too deep. and thankfully the nearest hospital was only 3 hours away if needed. i guess you can say i was lucky.
