i didn’t realize how good Micah can cook. i pulled up to our new years dinner last night and watched him prepare chicken katsu.
he did it so well. super impressive.
it was looking good on the stove.
and when i tried it, i couldn’t believe how good it was. super juicy chicken katsu! great job Micah!
want to thank Ujibayashi-san for this bottle of fine red wine. i opened it last night and never had to close it because we drank it all. haha.
Mateus was sleeping and looking so cute. i really wanted to wake him up but my mom said not too.
but i kept on trying to wake him up because i wanted to play with him so badly. here he is trying to wake up too. haha.
dinner started and it was sushi night! custom handmade sushi rolls all night long.
amazing to see my nephews all grown up. Micah, Isaiah, Joshua, Seth, and Kelia. so nice to see you all on the first day of the year.

then Mateus finally woke up. it’s unbelievable how beautiful this kids eyes are. omg!
then watched Josh and Seth cleaning up the kitchen. this is mandatory in our family. the women sit on the side sipping wine while the men clean up. that will never change. haha.
