on the way to our secret dive spot, we passed by a school of the biggest dolphins i’ve ever seen! they were jumping all around the boat.

and the conditions were absolutely perfect. it felt like we were in indonesia or something.

Alakai, Joshua, and Seth. i had a great time with these kids. we were with each other for 30 hours straight both in the water, and on the boat. got to know these kids a lot better than i thought i knew them.

it was the first time for me diving this new spot a friend of mine told me about. he was right because this has to be the best diving spot in hawaii. it was like an aquarium.

when it was dinner time, we opened the cooler and thought what would be best to go along with a cold beer. i grabbed the biggest lobster, got out my knife, and made the most sweetest lobster sashimi. the lobster was still moving when i was cutting it up. it was the most freshest sashimi ever! from the sea into the mouth!

the boys were still diving during sunset time. i got out earlier and gazed at the most beautiful golden moment.

you are going to laugh on this story. i’ve never been more afraid going into a dark cave in my life. there was the most scariest creature in there destroying Joshua’s fish. probably the most scariest dive experience in my life.

i told the boys, we eat what we catch. here is sushi chef Joshua Moniz in action. i stayed back and watched this little boy transform into a young sushi man.

omg, it was so good! feels so good to be able to live off the ocean. i hope my nephews keep this lifestyle up and teach it to the next generation. that’s my ultimate dream.
img_8490

Joshua wanted to sleep watching the stars and moon. this was his bed.

Seth started off sleeping on the front of the boat. it was super cold up there so he ended up moving to a warmer spot during the night. glad he didn’t fall off the boat. haha.

for breakfast, i heated up the hot water and made the boys cup ramen. we ate, suited up, and had the most amazing dive day in our lives. we were amazed on what we saw and caught. our upcoming dinners are going to be of 5 star status.
