had my LIFEGUARDING/FIRST AID/CPR/AED training this afternoon. keep it up once every two years so i’m prepared. and to be learning from hawaii’s best, i’m pretty stoked!
also happy to be training with my brother in law Tony Moniz and nephew Micah. these guys already saved many lives both in and out of the water. we’re here just to refresh our mind. and when the time comes, the main thing is to keep calm.
working with the AED is very important. this could be the key to life or death. thank you Dennis for updating us boys on saving lives. i truly respect you for the hundreds of lives you already saved!
so now i’m updated again and certified by the American Red Cross. this is something every person that goes into the ocean should do. they should make it mandatory!
good to see Reid and Yuko-chan enjoying some Marutaya Ramen in Wakayama. and good to see Kimura-san, Atsuko-san, and Te-chan. i just wished Kimura-san would smile more. haha.
