for sure another one of my top 5 restaurants in the world. and top 1 sushi restaurants on my list. Ouchi is food, and art at the same time. presentation is everything in japan, and it doesn’t get any better than this. this is the very reason sushi in hawaii doesn’t satisfy me. it wouldn’t satisfy you either if you got to come here as often as i do.
top quality maguro that melts in your mouth. after every bite, it’s “oh, ah!”
and my favorite is the o-toro! o-mg! i can’t even describe in words how good it tastes. and how happy it makes me. i’m a true believer that good food equals good happiness.
another one of the best of the best. i came to japan to eat the best food and so far, so very good!
then was to “On The Rocks” to wash down the food with some fine whisky. i call this place “Love on the Rocks” and it would be my dream to drink here with Neil Diamond.

want to thank Inaida-san and Yuki-san for the wonderful sushi and whisky evening. two people that changed my life for the better. Inaida-san always giving me words of knowledge through experience. knowledge i apply to my life and has gotten me to where i am today. and Yuki-san for making me believe that there are still “yamato nadeshiko’s” out there, even thought 99 out of 100 of my friends tell me i’m dreaming. a fine example of a beauty, kindness, and class.
