drove home yesterday from Waikiki. so happy to see all the people enjoying sunset time.
had an amazing surf session with Mr. and Mrs. Matsumoto-san this morning. they drove early from the north shore to town so getting in the water after that long drive in traffic must have felt good.
they both surfed before in Japan but couldn’t stand up. so standing up for the first time must have been so exciting. Matsumoto-san looking pretty exited!
Masayo-san super stoked standing up for the very first time in her life. it was so fun watching them enjoying surfing so much.
and yes, only a surfer knows the feeling.

the best crab noodle soup on the island. omg, after a long surf, this went down pretty dam good! thank you Matsumoto-san and Masayo-san for the wonderful day!
then went to surf again this afternoon. waves perfect all day! stoked!
