good afternoon, went surfing at a secret spot on the other side of the island. pretty cool setup but you need a boat to get there. the waves were fun and it felt good to get in the water and refresh, especially after a night like last night. i was watching some video clips today and oh my gosh, classic stuff of everybody going off. priceless video…. well, it’s saturday so big night ahead. going to check out the fireworks and hang out with the boys… see ya….
it’s pretty exciting traveling around with friends….
especially when your flying low the whole time and see things like this. gosh, while everybody was thinking about surfing, i was only thinking about diving….
the island we visited, this is how they dive. a 18′ bamboo pole spear. old school. by the way, that’s a big squid or “ika” on the end of that spear. i think the old fishermen would freak out at the spear i use, or maybe laugh. i swam around with my video camera and took some pretty cool video of fish and stuff. if i had my spear with me, i could have caught so many big fish. shucks… probably post the video tomorrow. but for now, check out tsunami calling part 2. i’m trying to talk kinsan onto putting this onto DVD. if it does, i think it will be the best selling DVD in japan ever. and i’ll be first in line to buy one….
**oh shit, youtube just sent me an email saying that i’m in violation of copyright laws because i took video of somebody’s video. and that person could sue me. shit, nobody tell kinsan what i did. he might sue me.. haha… just joking. he was sitting right on the side of me when i was taking the video. but just in case, i deleted the part 2 video. now you will have to find it for yourself. and for all of you who sent me emails about how to get one, hang on and i’ll find out. i don’t think they sell it anymore but will double check.. mahalo…
