my friend Carter sent me this photo of my 20th birthday party? those were the days of Budweiser beer, and being thrown into pools. look at the right of the photo and you will see my friend Russ climbing out of the pool in his jeans and shoes. i wonder who threw him in? haha.
as a kid, you have to be so stoked to get your cool shave ice. that kid in the black tshirt grabbed his shave ice and walked out of the store with the biggest smile on his face. he was so cute!
then he went outside to eat it with his friends and he tripped and dropped it. omg, he was so sad! look at him sitting down just admiring his friends shave ice. i felt so sorry for him.
but like any local store, the staff at Shimizu made him a new one free of charge. i think every kid dropped their shave ice at least once in their life.
