so happy to see the We Are One family staying full intact after all these years. Matsu and Toda-san went up to Kitakami to do some drone work. i wish i could have joined you guys… so bummed…cheers Azumi-san and Toda-san! i’ll drink a beer for you guys tonight! ramen without me? omg, i love Ishinomaki ramen! and to the lovely ladies of the We Are One Project. always happy to see your lovely smiles.. ok, remember that uhu i speared? well, i did some taste testing. first i filleted both sides to get it prepared. this is exactly what they do in Okinawa. got the ice water ready. got the boiling water ready. poured some super hot water over the filets. just like how they do it in Okinawa. then threw it into some cold water. then i got my knife out and made some sashimi for dinner. i’ve got to say that the Uhu in Okinawa tasted better. maybe because i was drinking a cold Orion after every bite? haha. going to eat more sashimi, make some fish tempura, and even throw some in a hot nabe. nothing will go to waste…
