had an amazing time yesterday with Hatsuta-san and Shinna-san. super cool couple that love to surf.
Hatsuta-san’s only been surfing for a short time. so we went from fun surf to full on Boot Camp surf. haha.
Shiina-san is a very active girl. she can paddle so much and not get tired at all. just smiling the whole time.
it was so empty in the evening. where was everybody?

i got home from my trip and was pretty tired. but once i hit the water, i felt like a little kid again.

waking up at 3am and getting ready for a long day is pretty easy when you know you’ll see the beginning of a new day. this one was very special.

if i were a shark, i’d eat this prized catch no matter what. and yes, that’s always on the back of my mind when i’m pulling this around in shark infested waters.
