ohayo gozaimasu. we stopped by jun-san’s office yesterday in naha. jun-san is a local okinawan surfer who is also a beverage distributer. he’s the man in okinawa who brings in all brands like corona, red stripe, san miguel, zima, red bull, and all other kinds of alcohol and wine. he gave me a couple goodie bags full of tshirts and all kinds of stuff.
so every time you pick up a corona here in okinawa, jun-san is the man who brought it in all the way from mexico. wanted to thank jun-san for all the corona’s and all the good times we’ve been having here in okinawa. oh, check out my car. sick yeah? haha….
this is habushu, or snake wine. the first time i came to okinawa, i had a welcoming party at hard reef and this was the initiation special. i drank 4 shots and blacked out. that’s all i remember. ever since then, i run when the boys bust the bottle out….
hey, i found a secret spot right near my hotel where you can find shells. it’s loaded…. i picked all these in 15 minutes. going back tomorrow….
and last, wanted to thank joshua and seth for being such good kids. i’m getting my house back in hawaii fumigated for termites. that meant all the boards had to come out. these 2 poor kids went over and took out the 100+ surfboards and the other stuff. so to all of my japanese friends who have their boards at my house, next time you go to hawaii, you better thank these 2 kids. that was hard work and if i had to do it, i would have been pissed. haha… thanks seth and joshua. i know the waves are shitty in hawaii so you didn’t miss anything. but i owe you guys big time…. by the way, where the heck were your 2 big brothers????
