had an amazing time surfing with the coolest surfer dudes. got out and the sun was shining on us. supposed to be heavy rain today but we didn’t see any of that. it was totally Blue Hawaii!
Sasai-san surfing for the very first time in his life! i was so stoked when he got up on his first wave.
then after that, it got easier and easier. super energetic and super good workout!
Yoneda-san surfs really good. been surfing for a while so knows the history of Japanese surfing culture, and also knows how to do a really nice bottom turn.
we got some really good waves together. i was riding behind watching a very happy surfer carve up the waves.
it was absolutely gorgeous today! smooth faces and smooth rides.
