omg, so stoked to see this cover shot of the new Travel+Leisure Magazine! i totally love this magazine because it showcases amazing cultures from around the world. this month is Japan! and not only is this cover shot eye catching, it’s also taken by a good friend of mine. yeah, Matsu took it! or full name Shinsuke Matsu! looking at this photo makes me want to go back to Japan again to eat!!!
and yeah, Matsu was there throughout our We Are One Missions both shooting, and showing the upmost support. just by his photos and personality, he made thousands of survivors smile. everybody loves Matsu! so do i! congratulation again bro!
somebody asked me how do i know if there will be rainbows? simple answer is because i live in the mountains. and when i wake up in the dark to the fresh rain, i look to the ocean and see the stars. then right when the sun rises, i know i’ll be following a rainbow from my house to the beach. it’s pretty automatic.
went to check out Diamond Head to see if the conditions are good for diving. absolutely not!
stayed home last night to babysit my grandniece Kaira. she was fast asleep…
then i woke her up to play with her. doesn’t she look so happy? or is it only me that looks happy? haha.
