so stoked to see Nanami-san back in Hawaii! we went surfing yesterday afternoon and had a great time. we were laughing, i was scolding her, and just another normal day for us. haha. this was her first wave in 6 months!
must have felt pretty dam good coming from the Colorado cold into the warm tropical Hawaiian weather. good job girl! get ready for more Boot Camp this week!

then i get home and Matsu sends me this photo. it made me realize how fortunate i am to live in a warm place and have such warm friends.
forgot to do my morning yoga so did it out in the sea. this is the best way to get the blood circulating. i felt like a teenager after this! haha.
