if you haven’t eaten a steamed Mu before, you don’t know what you’re missing out. first, you have to spear one. very hard to do because the Mu is the smartest fish in the ocean. luckily got this one out of the ocean, and into the cooler.
scale it, clean it, and put it in a large size baking dish.
lightly sprinkle salt/pepper, cover it with some fresh ginger. then pour olive oil all over the fish.
throw it in the oven for 20 minutes at 400 degrees. this is what it will look like after it’s done.
place chopped green onions and cilantro all over. then pour over piping hot peanut oil and watch it sizzle. get a bowl of rice, get out your chopsticks, and get ready for the best meal of your life. itadakimasu!
