surfing this morning with only 3 guys out. Air Force One with the President flew right over us.
the 2 girls that were out i haven’t met in my life. then one of the girl says “Hi Uncle Kirby.” what? come to find out, she’s my brothers friends daughter. small world…
Seigo-san came to Hawaii on short notice and luckily i got back a day earlier than planned. perfect timing for the perfect waves!
watched and rode from behind. stylish surfing as the sun comes over Diamond Head. i can’t believe how beautiful Hawaii is!
i think Seigo-san caught about 25 waves this morning. he kept on going, going, and going!
this spot is for experts only. reason is because there is a good chance you can hit the reef, or your leash will get stuck. either or, it’s not fun.
and some nice hollow barrels of you pull in. clean water and blue sky. paradise!
