it started off as a very rainy day, then the sun came out and what was left of the showers were huge rainbows. double rainbows!
waves were small and after our 5 day adventure, we decided to take a break. instead, we went free diving. but first, got some gas because next week is looking good for an outer island boat trip?

i seen the coolest thing i’ve ever seen in Hawaii! i was swimming around and seen something strange. so i swam closer and found it it was a seahorse!!! it was just hanging out so i swam back to the boat to get my camera. i’ve never seen this before in my lifetime of diving here. the ocean continues to fascinate me…
so i call Asayama-san over and he was surprised too. isn’t this so cool? this photo looks fake or something.
today i dove a spot i haven’t tried before. just wanted to do something different and different it was. stoked to catch some dinner.
then we went for some hot chicken pho for lunch. Asayama-san did great again today. he speared some fish, was very calm, and got to see some cool things underwater.
then took the kids surfing this evening. we had a wonderful time surfing and laughing. i just love watching kids surfing for their first time. their smiles make me so happy.
came in at sunset and was very thankful for another beautiful day in Hawaii. can’t wait till tomorrow…
