every year i have resolutions. last year was to travel more, hang out with friends more, live simpler, and enjoy life more. mission accomplished.
this year, it’s pretty much the same thing. but just taking it up a notch. going to enjoy 2018 to the fullest. and beautiful Mayuki is helping me do that!
spending days and nights out in the ocean feels like freedom to the fullest.
and going to explore the outer islands a lot more. just take in these kind of breathtaking views.
and travel a lot more too. not only surfing trips, but nature trips. hiking and camping up another active volcano in Guatemala is on the top of my list.
and i’m going to be taking higher risks. higher risks, higher rewards.
it’s crazy how everything happens for a reason. i asked the doctor to teach me how to glue someone up. so i watched him glue me up. all this time, i was doing it the wrong way. now, i know exactly how to do it just like a doctor. so getting hurt was a blessing in disguise.
and since i travel to countries with no hospitals for hours, i will buy a couple of these, then be prepared. i also got antibiotics for malaria, food poisoning, and more crazy stuff. you just never know.
but in the end, my main new years resolution is to try to be a better person. i just want to live simply, happily, and helpfully. i hope i can perfect that…
