have you ever played dodgeball before? well, imagine dodging whales breaching everywhere! i haven’t seen so many whales in my life before! it was actually a little scary…
we would be driving around and then all of a sudden, a huge whale breaches right on the side of Mayuki. so beautiful, and super exciting.
we left at 5am for our island hopping adventure.
driving in the pitch dark is freaky because i know the whales can’t see us. and i know they are out there…
managed to shoot a kumu. then an uhu after. that was all i killed this trip. it was actually just enough for our upcoming dinner party.
instead, i went surfing while the girls went treasure hunting. i enjoyed some amazing rides while the girls found some beautiful gems. everybody was happy.
then it was lunch time. so hungry!
then passed by some amazing places on the way to another island.
this was our appetizers. couple of cold green bottles along with some fresh opihi.
then we parked the boat along a secluded white sand beach, anchored, and enjoyed a nice warm nabe.
some fresh Yamari shirasu along with lots of enoki in this mouthwatering pot.
then Don Julio entertained us throughout the night. wild, wet, bumpy, dark, and many shooting stars… i was in the most natural peaceful place in the world…
