had a great time with family and old school friends yesterday evening. got invited for a sunset cruise. and when i get any chance to go on a boat, i won’t turn it down. just a great way to end a great day of surfing!
we passed by bowls and it was pretty crowded. i’d say 50 hungry after work surfers out. i’m glad i surfed earlier in the day. big rights was super fun and not crowded at all.
haven’t spent time with the family for a long time so it was cool hanging out and catching up on things. it was good to see eric barton and chico gonda. hawaii kai boys!
we use to hang at parks and get chased out by police men in the 80’s. now days, we’re sitting on yachts. that’s classic.
