Post Covid Travel: Something like this

I just spent 4 hours on my computer finalizing my next trip.  It’s going to consist with 4 flights with long layovers to get there, and 4 flights with even longer layovers to get back.  I’m taking 3 surfboards along with my foil, dive gear, and cameras.  Lots of excess baggage fees.  It’s going to look something like this.

A total of 9 surfers so probably over 20 surfboards total.  We will have porters and drivers.  It’s going to look something like this.

Some old faces, and some new faces will be the next crew.  Our main goal is everybody to be happy and smiling at the end of the day.  It’s going to look something like this.

Looking for driftwood…

Good morning 5am.
Ala Moana waist high and clean.
Diamond Head chest high and good.
Very low tide this morning.
Trade winds at 20mph.
Sunny and warm.
Going to the sea.
Have a wonderful day!

Magic Secret Sandbar

Summer is here so it’s been really crowded!  This morning was very slow but enough waves to make everyone happy.

For the past 2 months, the tide has been very very low in the mornings.  I’ve never seen this much sand before.  Lots of guys dinging their boards, scraping their fins, and cutting their hands, including me.

I was walking on Magic Island and saw this new sandy beach.  Usually there is water here but the extreme low tide is exposing new sandy beaches. I wish I had my bbq and beach chair.

I still don’t understand how my brother takes apart cars and puts them back together again.  Can you believe this is a Tacoma truck?

Now that Mayuki is back in the water, I’m going down every morning and cleaning the inside.  It’s looking better and better each day.  I can’t wait to ride her again!
