the fish auction down at pier 38 is a great place to check out. it’s underground, it’s culture, and it’s in all the fish you see in the restaurants around hawaii….
what is twitter? i don’t know why we use twitter? i just don’t get it. do i like twitter? not really. why would i want everybody to know where i am everyday? but since the whole world is doing twitter, my web designer advised me to use twitter. next thing you know, he signed me up and now i feel like a twitter. eeh? i don’t know how it works and i’m not really interested in it. why? because i don’t have time to tweet people. i’d rather call you up on the phone like the old days. but since it’s on my blog now, i guess you can tweet me when ever you want. or i can tweet you? what does that mean? i don’t know. but it’s there @kirbyfukunaga. have a tweet day…..

good morning. today’s looking like another beautiful day. i think the sunset pro should be on with the upcoming north/west swell that is supposed to be 18′ by tonight. north shore season is here and i better get my guns ready…

i keep telling everybody in japan that they should come to hawaii for halloween. it’s something you have to experience at least once in your lifetime. why? because no place in the world compares… the streets of waikiki is the place to be….

you know what’s so cool? i seen soooooo many japanese this year. before, the tourist wouldn’t dress up, but now, everybody is. if you don’t, you will feel out of place. what was i? did you guys see the guy screaming down kalakawa avenue naked with his surfboard? that was me. i blame it on the jetlag.. haha. just joking….
