super stoked to have another amazing day with the North Shore boys.  we knew the waves were going to be small so we loaded up the toys just in case…

and yup, it was super small.  but if you have the right board, you can have the most amazing time.

i had the right board for today.  i think i’m addicted to this electric foil.  it’s my 2nd time and i feel like i need my own.  haha.

we were flying all around the ocean making rounds from Pops to Bowls.  it’s amazing how fast this thing goes.  shortly after this, i did a wide left turn and headed straight out to the blue sea.  then i saw a pod of dolphins ahead.  omg!!!

i was foiling with the dolphins!  they were jumping in front and over my foil board.  it was the first time i experienced something so close and personal like this.  i could have pet them but of course i know better not to touch them.  we were having a wonderful time together.  it felt surreal…

we were so close that i could look the dolphins right in the eye. if you don’t know what “love at first sight” is, you will definitely fall in love at first sight.  i’m so in love…

i always teach my students how to connect with the ocean.  i tell them to look around, look at the ocean, look at the sky, and look at the people.  just observe everything and take it in…

and when you start to observe everything, you will start so see more things like this.  this baby monk seal stuck his head up right next to Mayuki.  he looked at me right in the eye, dove down, and swam away.  it’s one of those moments where you stop and think “WOW!”  

my new secret weapon.  watch out because i’ll be flying by you very soon!
