Good morning 6am.
Ala Moana waist high and clean.
Diamond Head chest high and bumpy.
Trade winds at 15mph.
Sunny and very warm.
Going surfing and foiling.
Have a wonderful day!

Have a wonderful day!

been eating healthy because i want to live healthy. so a homemade soup and salad filled me up with vitamins and nutrients.

i want to sail, i want to fly, and i want to do everything! maybe that’s why i’m hooked to the foil? it’s like doing both at the same time.

had to make a drop off early morning for a special persons Molokai trip. i felt like jumping on that flight too but it was fully booked, and booked all day long. so driving home looking at the weather thinking about something to do.

i got this lure as a gift 10 years ago. thought i’d go try my luck at fishing.

from the airport to Mayuki. since i have everything on her, i’m ready for everything.

started fishing for 15 minutes and couldn’t be patient anymore. the water was cleaner than i expected so i reeled up the pole, put it away, and never took it out again.

went to a spot i’ve never been to in 15 years. was hoping there were still lots of fish like the old days. and yes, nothing has changed… got a mixed bag of fish, put my spear gun away, and started cruising.

continued on driving with the right hand, and an ice cold beer in the left hand. then my oceans friends showed up and wanted to play.

i jumped in the pod of dolphins, then all but this one swam away. this girl was circling me over and over. going up and down, side to side, and trying to communicate with me. it was the most peaceful experience i’ve had in a long time.

the sun started to set, i put up my beer to the horizon, and said “cheers! thank you for another beautiful day!”
people ask me what i do on my day off. here it is…

on my day off, i eat all the wonderful treats my people give me. thank you Michi-san for these wonderful gifts making me so happy on this day off…

and on my day off, i get to drink some alcohol because normally i don’t. cheers!

and on my day off, i get to enjoy family. can’t wait to give these to Mateus. all from Aunty Michi!

and on my day off, i get to eat what ever i feel like eating. so today it was a nice Israel style sandwich and drink.

and on my day off, i get to do what ever i want to. so today, it was foiling.

i surf when the waves are good, i foil when the waves are bad. today the waves were good but i foiled anyway. make sense? haha. i just pretty much do what ever i feel like doing.

now that more and more of my friends are foiling, i get to enjoy the ride with everyone.

and like i tell everybody, please don’t try to duck dive under me. it will hurt pretty bad…
and last, on my day off, i just go with the flow. today was today, tomorrow is tomorrow. nobody knows what i’ll be doing, including myself. haha…
