the weirdest things have been happening to me recently. feels like i’m getting more and more connected to nature. take this one time for example. i was sitting on a bench at a park. then a bird flew up to me and started chirping. seemed like he was trying to tell me something.

then he jumped on my leg and kept on chirping. i was thinking, this is weird? so i sit there for a while. then i put out my hand and guess what? he flew right into my hand!

omg! i was tripping out!!! is this serious? then he kept on trying to talk to me. i brought him closer to my face and he looked me in the eye and was trying to say something.

something like this hasn’t happened to me in my whole life. he wouldn’t leave. just kept on chirping.

after i came home, i thought that was weird. so weird that i can’t believe it. am i a bird?

then another example is this tako swimming in the ocean. the coolest thing ever!

he wanted to swim, so we swam together. isn’t this amazing?

i kept on taking a video if this amazing experience.
so what? what’s going on? i can’t wait to see what will approach me next. maybe a bear? you never know. haha. but hey, i love these experiences and want more and more.

seen a guy with a powered kite taking off at makapuu.

reminded me of the time i first went to japan. seen a guy flying one of these on the beach in shonan. i went up to him and asked him in english “hey, can i try it?” he looked at me like i was crazy. haha.

but someday, i will fly one of these. i have no idea how, but i will try.

i seriously didn’t expect to surf such perfect waves and perfect conditions.

and didn’t expect to be surfing 2 long rounds of perfect waves everyday.

and didn’t expect to surf with nobody around.

Mori-san and i were sitting in the lineup this evening just laughing. i kept on telling him “now i know why you built your dream house here.”

i can’t wait to go back again and do the exact same things. surf, eat, and enjoy taiwan.
