30 minutes ago! So beautiful!

when we were at the beach, Mama told me she still can’t do a headstand. she was kind of bummed out about it. i told her, “of course you can do it!”

so i take her to my favorite yoga power spot. then showed her a very easy way to do a headstand. then with a few minor adjustments…

she did it!!! omg, Mama did it! Papa and I were cheering her on!

her yoga teacher in japan told her “when you do a headstand for the first time, your life will never be the same.” and after she did it, you should have seen her face. pure excitement and pure stoke! i know this exact feeling because i will never forget the first time i did mine! a definite life changer!

then she started tearing. so cute! hey Mama, never say never when you’re with me! we can do anything if we try.

then gave Papa a surf lesson again. i told him to do this everyday until we meet again next year. then i remembered that i told him the same thing last year? haha.

but after scolding Papa, i think figured it out. haha.

on the way back, i took them to my favorite frozen yogurt shop. the perfect way to end the perfect day!

this is Mama’s. super clean and looks delicious.
