day 3 of surfing with Kosugi-san and it’s amazing how good she’s gotten! she went from beginner to expert in such a short time!

awesome surfing as we were pretty much surfing by ourselves again. and it was sunday afternoon? oh well, we aren’t complaining.

great job Kosugi-san. keep on yoga and keep on surfing. namaste and stoke!

i came home and was watching my brother fix a car. can you believe this is a newer toyota? how the heck are you supposed to put this back together? i wouldn’t know where to start.

i’ve been cooking up some delicious meals! surfing all day and finishing it up with a simple dinner like this is a reward. gets me a good deep sleep and lots of amazing dreams.
