surfing yesterday with Team Ina was so fun! everybody just laughing and having a great time. Nomura-san went up 5 levels as he just decided to paddle out and catch waves by himself. it’s amazing how the ocean can change a person! good job Nomura-san!
and like always, Yuki-san style and grace. just beautiful surfing all the time.
Inaida-san’s getting better and better too. strong, healthy, and a new born surfer!

and yes, last night was just another amazing way to finish off an amazing day. cold draft beer with fresh sushi. i’m in heaven! thank you to all my wonderful friends!

Eagle Claw!
Good morning 5:30am.
North shore sleeping. 1′ and clean.
South shore chest high sets at Rockpiles and Kaisers. Bigger than yesterday. Light trade winds so very clean conditions.
Cloudy morning becoming super sunny later.

Surfer Girls and Blue Water Diving
was super stoked to check out Glenn Minami’s shaping room yesterday. just very organized and very high tech. i thought i was the only one that was organized but Glenn beats me by far.
and you have to be very organized to shape a surfboard. every millimeter makes a difference.
omg, had a super fun morning session with Ishi-san and Yokota-san. these 2 girls love to surf and when they told me they didn’t know how to turn left or right, i was super stoked to teach them how. we surfed so long and i was so happy to see them surfing, turning, and smiling.
Ishi-san’s been surfing for a while now and after today, i think she will go up a few levels.
and Yokota-san very poised and relaxed. i watched her get so many good waves today.
for a while, we had the whole entire lineup to ourselves. thank you girls for the wonderful morning! keep on surfing!
then i went surfing with Team Ina this afternoon. omg, we had an awesome session. my stomach hurts from laughing so much!
in between sessions is the only time i have to get things done. so i sped over to my friend Shane’s house to borrow some equipment. i’m getting ready for my next trip. yeah, it includes big spearguns, big fish, big country, and big dreams! can’t wait!
another amazing day with so much happiness. this month will be very busy as i have work and training for my next trip. work as for surfing, and training as for free diving. both my passion and both my dreams. i can’t explain how happy i am right now. going to sleep with a big smile. good night!
