when i was arriving to the coast of molokai, i was super excited to go back a hundred years. that trip was one to remember. just simple, just slow, just relaxing, and just so peaceful.

then as we left, i was telling myself “i have to come back here! it makes me just feel so much better and makes me realize that there is so much of old hawaii left untouched.” then yesterday, i get some great news “i’m going to molokai soon!!!” something to look forward to and i’m so excited even thinking about it!!!!

i wanted to welcome Team Inaida-san back to hawaii. we had a great surf session yesterday. the waves were perfect and so was the weather. i learn a lot from this very wise man. i learn that i have to work harder, give my 100%, and never look back. then i can live the ultimate dream life Inaida-san is living. so in 10 years, i’ll retire, i’ll live in a multi-million dollar mansion on the beach, and i’ll take care of all the important people around me. i’ll do my best from today to make this ultimate dream come true!

Yuki-san always smiling, always happy, always caring, and always so kind. there’s nothing more you can ask in a person.
so here is my advise for the day. work hard. live your dream. go for it. and never look back!
Dream Trip again?

2013 NSSA National Championships Presented by Hurley

sometimes i just pull over to a park and do some yoga. nothing planned, but feel like stretching my body, relaxing my mind, and enjoy nature. yesterday was just one of those days. 15 minutes later, i felt so stress free.

then i watch the sunset, and tell myself “what a great day it was!”

today was another great day. i went surfing this morning with Matsuda-san and Tomoko-san. the waves, wind, and weather was perfect! long riding, good eating, and lots of laughing. thank you Matsuda-san and Tomoko-san. and wanted to say hello to Kentaro-san and Goki-san over there in Nara! hope to see you guys soon!

2 weeks ago my nephew Josh Moniz won the Junior World Championship in Nicaragua and little brother Seth Moniz carried him up the beach. today, my little nephew Seth Moniz won the Junior National Championship in California and Josh Moniz carried him up the beach. i’m so happy i feel like crying! my 2 little nephews on the top of their game. i’m so proud of them for representing hawaii in such a good way. i better go before i get too emotional. but just wanted to congratulate the Moniz family for all their accomplishments! i’m so proud of you all!
