i picked up Kiyotou-san at 7:30am to surf the north shore. usually, people will be nervous and excited but Kiyotou-san ended up sleeping on the whole drive out. come to find out, he had a slight fever that morning so he took american medicine. i asked him what kind and he told me “Nyquil.” OMG!

Nyquil is probably the strongest medicine sold over the counter in america. if i’m feeling sick, i drink this right before i sleep because it’s supposed to make you sleep like a baby. there is something in there that just puts you into a deep sleep and makes you feel much better when you wake up. that’s the reason why he slept the whole way and we were laughing on the way back.

if you have a fever, running nose, headache, body ache, cough, sneeze, or any flu symptoms, take Nyquil. i don’t travel without it.
