what do i crave when i come back to hawaii? hawaiian food! i played it low last night and stayed home for a relaxing hawaiian dinner. poke and lomi salmon.

this is poi. i don’t even know how to explain it in japanese. out of 100 japanese i gave poi too, only 1 liked it. the rest almost threw up. yeah, even i had to get use to it as a kid. but now, i love it!

ever eaten salted meat with luau? omg! the best hawaiian food ever invented.

last, i’ve been contemplating on getting a new laptop for the past 3 years. yeah, my macbook was 6 years old and worked it was in slow motion. i finally got tired of traveling and looking at the wheel spin all the time waiting for programs to load. i finally got a new macbook air yesterday and you will never believe how much i bought it for. it’s a long story. it’s complicated. it’s a gamble. and it’s not for everyone. but for me, cheapest is the best way so i’ll gamble on a $1,600 computer any day.
