had a blast last night. kimura-san, kazubo-san, hayato, ryosuke, naoka,
miwa-san, kazuma, and i went over to Sam’s kitchen and had a local style
dinner. then the dinner turned into a party when jacksan showed up. we
had so much fun and laughter! from the poke, to the steak, abalone,
chicken, udon, red stripes, corona’s, wine, it was all good. every year
at this time, most of my friends from japan come to hawaii and we
celebrate pretty much every night. last night was the first, and not the
last. it’s unbelievable how i woke up this morning at 6am. i’m pretty
sure everybody is still deep sleeping. i wanted to thank Sam for the
great entertainment last night and the great food. it was good to see
you. your restaurant feels like home and we shall see you again soon!
my go-naminori staff are all here in hawaii so it’s time to take this
website to another level. we were planning to have big meetings but as
soon as we seen the good surf yesterday, the meetings had to wait. for
us, surfing is most important. surf first, work later. that’s been my
life for the past 25 years and if your a part of go-naminori, that will
be your life too. i truly believe that happiness brings success. and if
we weren’t happy, this site wouldn’t exist. our motto is “SURF YOUR
DREAM” and that’s what we’re doing. see you in the water!
